We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee from the day your order is delivered so you can test our products risk-free. However, it must be ensured that the goods are returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

No returns, exchanges or refunds are available for custom personalized products. For this reason we ask that you please make sure to double check your preferred personalization info.

Who pays for return shipping?

The buyer bears the costs for the return shipping. In the exceptional case that you receive an item with a defect, we bear the costs.

Please send us an email at happylittlepawsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the reason for the return.

If you received a damaged item, in addition to the above mentioned, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery and include an image that shows that the item was already damaged when you received it.

You will then receive the return address from us and you can send the goods back to us.

After the goods have been accepted by the claims department, we will refund your purchase amount (with or without shipping cost as stated above) within 14 days of the delivery.
