Shipping

We are a small team behind our new shop. Currently we offer limited shipping options. You can leave us your email so that we can let you know once we add more countries to our shipping list.

The shipping cost is displayed separately for each product we offer.

Some of our products are custom-printed, engraved and handpicked just for you right when you order. Because of this, processing time is typically 1 to 4 business days.

The delivery time is about 5 to 11 business days.

The guidelines in product descriptions are general sizing recommendations. Because every pet is different, we highly recommend measuring your pet to ensure an accurate fit. Please ensure your measurements are correct before placing your order. In case of the exchange, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.

Payment Info

We accept Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

To pay with PayPal, you can setup an account with them which doesn't take long and is free of charge. PayPal offers different payment options (PayPal credit, direct debit or credit card) and insures orders up to 500€. Once you confirm that you want to pay your order via PayPal, you will be forwarded to the PayPal site and asked to log in to your account or register. All you have to do now is select the desired payment method and confirm the payment. We will then receive a confirmation from PayPal and ship your goods as soon as possible.
